Refund and cancellation policy

A deposit is required to book each event. This deposit is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, speaker availability or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If we cancel the event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or to transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

To facilitate work for the catering staff, we ask that cancellations are received no later than one day prior to the date of the event. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail.
